Facilities at Algonquin Careers Academy  

Our on-campus dedicated classroom and dedicated lab provide enough space to accommodate a class size of 15 students.

The classroom is the main lecture room and is combined with some elements of a community pharmacy to facilitate better correlation of the lecture contents with applied examples. The classroom is equipped with a white board, ceiling mount projector, audio visual system, and pointer.  

A separate lab is located close to the classroom and is used for compounding and aseptic technique procedures.

The pharmacy classroom and lab are dedicated for pharmacy use only; no other programs share the pharmacy classroom or lab. With 2 dedicated rooms, there is sufficient space for break out rooms, student space and student counselling.

There are separate washrooms for male and female students within the school premises. A wheelchair accessible washroom is available within the building.
